Containex office cabin for sale

The Containex XL Premium cabin is 6 meters long, 3 meters wide, and 2.8 meters high.
The floor load capacity is 200 kg/m², which can be increased up to 800 kg/m² if needed.
Containex Standard cabins are high-quality and CE-certified.

We represent the Containex and ModulX brands in Estonia.

The frame with bolted connections is stronger compared to a welded frame, giving a significant advantage.
The roof is folded and galvanized, or painted sheet metal.
The floor is insulated with 100 mm mineral wool, the roof with 140 mm mineral wool, and the walls with 60 mm PU foam.
The cabin is dark grey RAL7016, but it can also be ordered in RAL7035.

Office Cabin Containex XL Premium – Cottage and mini house

An office cabin is no longer just a temporary building on a construction site, modern high-quality cabins with bolt connections are perfect for a summer house or commercial space.

Containex Standard office cabins can be connected together to form larger rooms. In addition, we have stair modules to form multiple complexes. From 2024 we also offer modular high-quality terrace modules.

The finished mini-house does not need a foundation or a builder, we deliver and install.
Installation takes about 30 minutes per module, and we can sell a ready-made solution, which means that it can be delivered the same day.

If you want to choose the location of the window or door, it will take a maximum of a week.
Additional work such as roofing and large windows takes about four weeks.

Containex office cabin sale or rent?

In addition to sales, we rent office cabins.
This solution is ideal if a heat pump is needed for short-term use in construction or why not as a seasonal cottage, office or sales point.
The rental of the office cabins is guaranteed and we can find a suitable solution for each customer.

You can also rent from us cabin with panoramic windows, wooden cabin, or ordinary office cabin as well as a mini house.
We deliver the heater and install it according to the customer’s wishes.
